We only accept order payments via bank transfer & Crypto.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment via credit/debit card or PayPal. We only accept payments via bank transfers and Crypto.

We will reship products that are damaged in transit or if you have received the incorrect products in your order.

We do not offer refunds.

Delays are possible with orders, so we ask you wait at least 15 days before reporting an order as delayed or lost.

In most instances, we aim to reship lost or damaged orders.

Order confirmations are sent out immediately upon receiving payment.

We will NOT ship any orders until you’ve sent us your payment confirmation photo. If you’ve already made the payment and haven’t sent the payment confirmation, please use the contact us form and select ‘payment confirmation’.

YOUR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION MUST CONTAIN YOUR ORDER NUMBER AS THE PAYEE REFERENCE.

Please note that any delays in receiving order confirmation may be due to issues with your payment, so please ensure you follow the correct your payment process.

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Payment confirmation takes up to 24 hours, so it may take us up to 48 hours to dispatch an order after you’ve paid, though we ship everything via Special Delivery.

Delivery times vary from location to location – delays are possible due to weekends, public holidays etc.

In order to ensure our customers’ privacy, we package all orders in plain brown envelopes that give no indication concerning the medicines contained inside and the identity of the customer.
