It works by increasing the production of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) in the body. These hormones are important for muscle growth, recovery, and repair. Ibutamoren achieves this by binding to ghrelin receptors in the brain, which stimulates the release of growth hormone. Additionally, Ibutamoren has been shown to increase appetite, which can lead to weight gain and muscle growth.

Ibutamoren is typically taken orally in capsule or liquid form. The recommended daily dosage for Ibutamoren is between 20-30mg, taken once per day.
